After a career as a business analyst and enterprise application designer, I realised the opportunity that cloud services could offer to application developers. My work capturing requirements for many organisations, across a range of industries, allowed me to identify functionality that is common to every organisation.

The challenge is how to design services so that they support this commonality yet still allow each organisation enough customisation to fully satisfy its unique requirements.
